Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from the USA

-Free shipping within the USA

-International shipping is available( shipping cost will be added at checkout)

-All orders will be shipped the next business day.

-It usually takes 2-5 business days for the order to arrive.

Worldwide shipping trough DHL

All international orders are shipped trough DHL .

All orders are fully ensured- signature required upon delivered, once you have signed for the package the responsibility for the merchandise its on you.

We will send you an email providing tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.

Custom and duties

International buyers, please be aware that you would be responsible to pay any tax a duties - charges are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined and charged by your local customs agency.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the time the order was placed and are subject to a 3% US and 5% International cancellation fee that is charged by our credit card processing merchant service, Paypal. The fee will be deducted from your order total including any applicable tax and shipping cost. Your refund will be processed within 48 hours of cancellation issued back to your original form of payment ( minus applicable fees )

Refund Process

A refund will be credited back to your original method of payment approximately five to seven days after we received the return. Please note that it may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Most returns refunds will process in approximately two to three weeks, depending on your method of return. Credits will be issued via email.

Return Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will accept a return within 3 days after receiving your order.

Simply send us an email at customercare@theveste.net. Include your order number and reason for return -once your request is reviewed you will receive return instructions-

returned item must be in the same condition in which it was received unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged, and free of odor . with all tags attached and with all of the original packaging. All items are photographed and documented before they are shipped-

Once your email is received you will receive return instructions- we reserve the right to refuse refund orders that do not comply with our return policy conditions.

Please note : that the responsibility for the returned merchandise remains yours until it has reached us. Items lost or damaged in transit will not be refunded. Therefore we strongly suggest that you insure your return shipment.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN POLICY

The Veste does not accept returns from international purchases outside the continental US - ANY JACKET RETURNED WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE RETURNED TO SENDER AT BUYERS EXPENSE. THE VESTE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS PACKAGES BEING RETURNED.
